Inline control systems are measurement units, which are used directly in the production line for quality control or product handling.
The evaluated objects (orientation detection, heat control, package checking) are continuously analysed with the appropriate camera technology in cycle times of a few milli seconds to several minutes.
The measurement system records and reports the results to a super ordinate PLC system which then is able to remove an NOK object from the production process(e.g.: for post processing reasons).
